Madison Lintz was a well-known American actress during her childhood. She gained much recognition as the character Sophia Peletier on The Walking Dead, a television show that focuses on horror. Her portrayal of Sophia Peletier made her a popular child actor in the decade of 2010. The actress was recognized in the category of Best Supporting Young Actress in the TV Series category by the Young Artist Award. Madison's mother was an actor, so she was exposed in a very young age to the thrill and glamour that is the world of entertainment. At the age of six her mom began introducing Madison to the acting world. It wasn't a long time for her to progress into a professional actor. She was literally raised in front of the camera. She started her career making commercials, and then gained recognition when one of her commercials to promote a nationwide Golden Corral spot was aired throughout the United States. In 2011, she played the part of Sophia on the TV show The Walking Dead. The popularity of the show resulted in other offers for acting and she soon began to venture into movies, as well as playing support characters in films Parental Guidance and After.
